Peter Jiang is an experienced investor and operator with over 10 years’ specialised experience in the New Zealand early childhood education (ECE) sector, spanning childcare property investment, development, and operating businesses. Peter cofounded the Justkidz Childcare franchise in 2016, following the acquisition of the existing Justkidz brand and its transformation into a franchise model. The Justkidz franchise has since grown into an established ECE platform, operating five centres across Auckland. Building on this experience, Peter later founded Happy Learning Childcare Group, where he is the major shareholder and operator. Happy Learning currently operates two large, highperforming centres, with additional centres currently under development. Peter is also the founder and major shareholder of New Zealand Childcare Property Management Company Limited, the General Partner of New Zealand Childcare Property Limited Partnership, a dedicated childcare property investment vehicle with total assets of approximately NZD 15 million. Prior to this, he served as Director and Investment Chair of Uwin Capital Limited, the fund manager for NZREITs, a unit trust specialising in childcare property development and investment. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics), a Diploma of Real Estate (New Zealand), and is a Licensed Immigration Adviser. He brings to the Fund deep sector knowledge, handson development capability, and integrated investment and operating insight across the childcare sector.
