Dayle Beuth is a highly experienced architectural designer with over 30 years in the New Zealand building sector. During his career, Dayle worked as a senior designer before cofounding LiteStyle Architectural Services in 2002. Early in his career, he developed a strong focus on the ECE sector, driven by a belief that childcare environments could be designed to be more functional, more compliant, and more strongly centred on the child’s experience. To date, Dayle has designed more than 500 childcare centres across New Zealand, ranging from small boutique facilities to largescale centres with licences of up to 150 children. This extensive portfolio has given him a deep and practical understanding of the architectural, operational, and regulatory requirements unique to the ECE sector, as well as the differing needs of developers, investors, and owneroperators. Dayle’s design philosophy is centred on the creation of childfocused environments that balance aesthetics with operational efficiency. His approach prioritises practical layouts for staff, regulatory compliance, and environments that support learning, development, and wellbeing. In addition to ECE, Dayle has experience across residential, multiunit, and commercial developments, allowing him to apply a broad range of construction and design principles to complex projects. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner and a professional member of Architectural Designers New Zealand, reflecting his commitment to high technical standards and best practice.
