Likun (Orena) Huang is a senior finance and fund management professional with over 20 years’ experience across Big Four professional services, listed companies, and multinational organisations. She brings deep expertise in fund governance, financial reporting, capital management, and investor compliance, with extensive crossborder experience. Orena began her career at Ernst & Young, progressing to Audit Manager, where she advised listed companies and foreigninvested enterprises on audit, due diligence, and capital markets transactions. Her experience includes involvement in IPOs on the Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges, as well as acquisition and jointventure related financial reviews. Prior to relocating to New Zealand, Orena held senior leadership roles in China, including Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen Sundan Chain Stock Co., Ltd, a Beijing Stock Exchangelisted company, and Group Controller of CDG Retail Management Co., Ltd, a Shanghaibased retail development and asset management group. In these roles, she oversaw groupwide financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, asset valuation, transaction structuring, portfolio performance analysis, and audit coordination across complex multientity structures. In New Zealand, Orena served as Fund Manager at Uwin Capital (2016–2023) and has been Fund Manager of New Zealand Childcare Property Limited Partnership since 2024. She is responsible for fund financial management, investor reporting, compliance oversight, cashflow and capital deployment monitoring, and financial risk management. Orena is a Certified Public Accountant of China (CPA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She ensures the Fund operates to robust institutional financial and governance standards aligned with professional investor expectations.
